Develops, coordinates and executes a marketing plan that meets and exceeds revenue goals while fostering innovative and collaborative efforts to engage students, staff, alumni, sponsors, donors and prospective fans. I have worked collaboratively with third party ticket sales providers to increase season ticket sales, group sales, and single game ticket sales, and student attendance at intercollegiate events. I have worked with different CRM systems to use data to direct our ticket sales campaigns and fan engagement practices.
I have extensive experience with game production and fan engagement for both revenue and non-revenue generating teams. I enjoy working as a leader of a cross departmental team to develop and enhance the brand identity for an athletic department. I have created a story telling tagline and aided in the creation of advertising and videos to support the brand. I develop and manage projects and programs that help reach our revenue goals.
I also have experience in developing strategic traditional and digital marketing campaigns used to increase ticket sales and brand recognition. I have executing e-mail marketing campaigns through different platforms, this includes managing the publication schedule, writing copy and creating content. I have experience writing copy for multiple platforms including radio, print and emcee scripting.
I currently supervise multiple employees who execute marketing and game presentation plans for multiple teams. I also have experience leading student groups, spirit programs and overseeing internship and graduate externship programs.
