About Us
NADIIIAA is comprised of more than 700 athletics
administrators from over 350 institutions and conferences competing at
the NCAA Division III level. The Association encourages the continued
development of athletics programs focused on the student-athlete and
based on sound educational principles and the Division III philosophy.
More
than 180,000 student-athletes at 450 institutions make up Division III,
the largest NCAA division in both the number of participants and number
of schools. Division III prides itself on the three D’s – Discover,
Develop and Dedicate. DIII institutions and conferences develop
student-athlete potential through a holistic educational approach that
includes rigorous academics, competitive athletics and an opportunity to
pursue other interests and passions.
