We were experiencing a high volume of requests for group experiences and birthday parties at women's basketball games so I created one-sheet "offerings" documents that helped me organize and communicate our offerings. Group tickets are sold through marketing staff for Olympic sports at Northwestern and, without a sales background, I found these super helpful for my own sanity!

After the customer confirmed which "menu items" they wanted from the offerings document, I compiled a confirmation "info" document to send in advance of gameday. It's hit-or-miss getting them to read the document, but I found it helpful that I could at least verify I sent the information in advance.
