Passion-driven and passion-focused. I fell in love with collegiate sports marketing on a whim, and I continue to fall in love with it as I'm continually inspired by the people I connect with, the fans we impact, and the student-athletes we support.
I'm big on affirmation - needing it both for myself only where it's deserved and needing to be able to show my support for others/have the ability to empower them in the way that fits their goals. I'm always down to talk philosophy and strategy (and I'm friendly - I promise).
