Rachel Rodriguez currently serves as a Senior Customer Success Manager for Game Plan. In this role, she helps college athletic departments maximize the engagement and education of their athletes through the Game Plan platform. She collaborates with customers to assist with questions, provide support, and identify opportunities for growth and effective engagement regarding the development of their student-athletes.
Prior to that, she was named the Director of Student-Athlete Development and Life Skills at East Carolina University in August of 2021. Her appointment ended a three-year affiliation with the Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi where she served as the Student-Athlete Affairs Program Coordinator.
In addition to her time in Corpus Christi, Rodriguez has turned in professional stints at Penn State and Florida Atlantic University. Before working in collegiate athletics, Rodriguez held positions with Zimmerman Advertising, Enterprise Rent-A-Car and Ogilvy Public Relations Worldwide. She graduated from the University of Florida in 2008 with a bachelor’s degree in public relations and a minor in business before earning a master's in business administration from Florida Atlantic in 2015.
